Mass is how much matter you contain and does not change with location. Weight is the force of gravity on that mass, so it changes from world to world. Age in "planet years" is just your Earth age divided by the planet's orbital period.
Surface gravity values are approximate relative to Earth gravity. Orbital periods are mean sidereal values. These are rounded educational estimates, not precise astrodynamic calculations.
